This Petition has been filed under Section 372 of the Indian Succession Act seeking Succession Certificate relating to the securities jointly held by the parents of the two petitioners. 2.

The father S.Sundaram died on 04.06.2021 and the mother S.Rajalakshmi predeceased him and died on 01.01.2021. The details of the share certificates had been given in the schedule to the Petition.

The first petitioner Mrs. S.Bhaskari was examined as PW-1. The death certificate of her mother and father were marked as Exs. P-1 and P-2 and the legal heirship certificate was marked as Ex.P-3. The details of the share certificates were marked as Ex.P-4.

In view of the evidence presented, this Petition stands allowed as prayed for and a direction for grant of Succession Certificate to the petitioners with power to collect the securities and to receive interest, dividends thereon and negotiate and transfer the securities and listed out in the schedule is issued.
