C.M.P.No.21518 of 2021 in SA.SR.No.65958 of 2019 G.CHANDRASEKHARAN.J., This petition is filed to condone the delay of 212 days in representing SA.SR.No.65958 of 2019.

2.The learned counsel for the appellant submitted that at the time of presenting the Second Appeal, certain material papers could not be filed, for the reasons that those papers were not available with the appellant and then, due to Covid-19 pandemic situation, the material papers could not be filed in time. Subsequently, the material papers were filed and in the meanwhile, the delay of 212 days in representing SA.SR.No.65958 of 2019 had occasioned.

3. Accepting the reasons stated by the appellant, petition is allowed. Delay of 212 days in representing SA.SR.No.65958 of 2019 is condoned.
