When the matter was taken up for hearing on 09.02.2024, the petitioner submitted that he wanted to verify whether the main suit was pending or not. At his request, the matter was adjourned to 16.02.2024. Since there was no representation for the petitioner on 16.02.2024, the Registry was directed to list the matter under the caption 'for dismissal' on 20.02.2024. Even today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that main suit was disposed of on 10.02.2022 and the prayer sought for in the civil revision petition has become infructuous.
