A.Nos.4057 & 4059 of 2023 IN C.S.(Comm. Div.) No.121 of 2021 P.T.ASHA.J., The above applications are filed for permitting the applicant/plaintiff to effect service through a daily newspaper having circulation in Chennai, since the defendants 2 to 6 are at Chennai.

2. Though the applications have been filed only seeking permission to take out the publication, the said applications are allowed, with a direction that the applicant/ plaintiff shall effect service in one issue of Tamil and English newspapers viz., Dinamani and Indian Express, having circulation throughout Chennai, including Maduravoyal and Valasaravakkam. Apart from that, the applicant/plaintiff shall effect notice on the last known address of the defendants and also in the court notice board. The notice shall state the next hearing is on 05.09.2023. The publication should be effected at least ten days prior to the date of next hearing i.e., on 05.09.2023.

3. With the above directions, these applications are allowed. Post the suit on 05.09.2023.
