ORDER
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to amend the name of the 2nd petitioner as 'Sellamuthu S/o Arthanari' instead of 'Arthanari S/o Sellamuthu' and the Crime Number to be '280 of 2026' instead of 'Cr.No.279 of 2026' and provisions of offences punishable to be '189 (2), 296(b), 115(2), 324(4) and 351(2) of B.N.S.' instead of '189(2), 296(b), 118(1), 351(2) of B.N.S. r/w section 4 of TNPHW Act' in order dated 05.06.2026 in Crl.O.P.No.13575 of 2026.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on both sides.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered. Since the petition has been pending before this Court, the petitioners are granted two weeks' time to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, from the date on which the order copy is made ready.
4. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the petition as well as in the order copy and issue a fresh order copy in Crl.O.P.No.13575 of 2026 dated 05.06.2026 to the parties. 25-06-2026 VEDA
