This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 04.08.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.18151 of 2022 to stay at Chengalpet and report before the Chengalpet Town Police Station twice daily at 10.30.a.m and 04.30.p.m for a period of six weeks and thereafter report before the respondent police daily at 10.30.a.m until further orders.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30.a.m. for a period of six weeks.
