(Order of the Court was made by S.M.Subramaniam J.) This petition has been filed seeking to recall the order dated 23.09.2021 passed in W.A.No.1664 of 2021.

2. The learned counsel for the writ appellant would submit that during the pendency of the present petition, the compromise decree has been registered on 03.03.2022. The review application Nos.59 of 2020 and 101 of 2021 were also disposed of by this Court by order dated 05.07.2023. by the learned Single Judge.
