Prayer: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to call for the records pertaining to FIR in Cr.No.217 of 2021 dated 10.06.2021 on the file of the 1st respondent Police and quash the same insofar as the petitioner is concerned.

This petition has been filed seeking for transfer of investigation in FIR in Cr.No.217 of 2021 dated 10.06.2021 on the file of the 1st respondent Police and quash the same N. ANAND VENKATESH, J.

Crl.O.P.No.17728 of 2023 sk 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation was completed and the final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate-III, Puducherry and the case is now pending in C.C No.40 of 2024. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor further submitted that the name of the petitioner has been deleted in the final report.

3. In view of the above development, no further orders are required to be passed in this Criminal Original Petition and accordingly, the same is disposed of.
