ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition No.8(vi) imposed by this Court in the order dated 20.05.2026 made in Crl.O.P.No.9321 of 2026.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the submissions made on either sides and the nature of the offence, this Court is inclined to modify the condition No.8(vi) imposed in Crl.O.P.No.9321 of 2026 dated 20.05.2026. Accordingly, the condition that "the petitioner shall appear and sign before the learned Principal Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under EC and NDPS Act, Chennai on all working days at 10.30 a.m. until further orders" is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall appear and sign before the learned Principal Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under EC and NDPS Act, Chennai on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders." The other conditions imposed earlier shall remain unaltered.
