This petition has been filed to extend the time for complying with condition in para no.5(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.12772 of 2026 dated 14.05.2026.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is granted to comply with the condition imposed by this Court in para no.5(b) in Crl.OP.No.12772 of 2026 dated 14.05.2026 and no further extension of time will be granted.
