By consent of both the learned counsel for the parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal, at the admission stage itself.

2. The instant writ petition has been filed with a prayer for issuing a Mandamus, directing the respondent to alter the date of birth of the petitioner as 24.06.1974 in the petitioner's SSLC Certificate, 12th Mark School Certificate and college degree certificate.

3. Heard the learned counsel for both sides and perused the materials available on record.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner born on 24.06.1974. However, while admitting her in the School, her date of birth was wrongly given as 24.06.1975. According to the petitioner, it is a parental error. Hence, she has sent representations on 04.04.2025 and 20.04.2025 to the 4th respondent and 2nd respondent respectively, to correct the petitioner's date of birth in all her educational credentials and such representations are pending with them.

5. At this juncture, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that they will consider the petitioner's representations according to it's own merits and in accordance with law, within a reasonable time.

6. In such view of the submission, without going into the merits of the writ petition, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's above representations dated 04.04.2025 and 3/6

20.04.2025 and pass orders on it's own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

7. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. 22.07.2025 Index : Yes/No Speaking order /Non Speaking Order dm 4/6
