ORDER

(Order of this Court was made by S.MANIKUMAR, J.) Writ Petition has been filed praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 1st respondent which culminated in the order dated 16.08.2013 passed in I.A.SR No.3843/2013 in T.A.No.30/1997 and quash the same and consequently direct the 1st respondent to allow the petitioner to inspect the case papers in T.A.No.30 of 1997 on the file of the 1st respondent and obtain certified copies of the papers in T.A.No.30/1997.

2. On this day, when the matter came up for hearing, Mr.A.R.Karunakaran, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Placing on record the above, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No Costs. No leave is granted to file a fresh writ petition for the same prayer, with the same cause.
