A Nos.5996 and 5997 of 2023 in C.S No.666 of 2017 A.A.NAKKIRAN, J.

These two applications have been filed by the applicant/plaintiff i) to condone the delay of 513 days in filing the application to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st defendant and ii) to condone the delay of 124 days in filing the application to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 2nd defendant in the above suit.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents/defendants has no objection in allowing these three applications.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the applications, the delay is condoned and accordingly, these two applications are allowed.
