ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU, J.) The petitioner, who is the wife of the detenu sasikumar @ Burma Sasikumar, son of Selvam, aged about 40 years, has come forward with this petition, challenging the detention order passed by the second respondent dated 11.02.2016 against her husband branding him as a "Bootlegger" as contemplated under Section 2(b) of the Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the order of detention passed by the second respondent as against the husband of the petitioner dated 11.02.2016 has been revoked by the Government in G.O. [Rt] No.1469, Home, Prohibition & Excise (X) Department, dated 05.04.2016 and he has also produced a copy of the said order.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is closed as the same has become infructuous.
