This petition has been filed by the petitioner to condone the delay of 343 days in filing the restoration petition in W.M.P.Sr.No.96854 of 2020 in W.P.No.4807 of 2012. 2.The writ petition was dismissed for non prosecution on 16.12.2019. Inorder to ascertain whether the petitioner is the aggrieved person in respect of the impugned order dated 24.01.2012 in the writ petition, this Court perused the impugned order passed by the respondent. The impugned order dated 24.01.2012 has been passed in respect of the land in S.No.453/21 of Manamai Village, Thirukazhukundram, whereas, the petitioner is the owner of the land in S.No.62/2 of Manamai Village, Thirukazhukundram and nothing about S.No.62/2 has been mentioned in the impugned order and it has been mentioned that there is possibility of law and order problem in the locality.

pri 3.Hence, this miscellaneous petition is mis-conceived and the same is dismissed.
