This writ petition has been filed seeking to direct the third respondent to regularise the period of suspension from 03.12.2018 to 30.12.2022 as duty period by considering the petitioner's representation dated 03.01.2023.

2. It is the grievance of the writ petitioner that he has been placed under suspension based on the conviction order for the offence punishable under Section 323 IPC, thereafter, in appeal, the said conviction order has been set aside. Hence, he submitted a representation dated 03.01.2023, seeking the third respondent to regularise the period of suspension from 03.12.2018 to 30.12.2022 as duty period, which is pending without consideration. Hence, this writ petition.

3. Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, let the respondent consider the representation of the petitioner dated 03.01.2023 in terms of G.O.Ms.No.81, Human Resources Management (N) Department dated 04.08.2022 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

4. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. 2/4
