This petition has been filed to bring on record the petitioners 2 and 3 viz., Kalyani and Sangeetha herein as the legal heirs of the deceased sole petitioner namely Mr.K.Subramaniam and rank the proposed petitioners as nd and 3 rd petitioners in the above writ petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for both parties.

3. This Court being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the same is ordered as prayed for.
