This petition has been filed to modify the condition 7(b) imposed by this Court, upon the present petitioner/ Murugesan in Crl.O.P.No.13421 of 2023 dated 23.06.2023.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition 7(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.13421 of 2023 dated 23.06.2023 is alone modified to the effect that the petitioner/Murugesan shall report before the respondent police on the first and third Saturday of every month at 06.30 p.m., until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
