ORDER

The petitioner prays to issue a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents from interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the Petitioner Company's land comprised in Survey No.147/1 to an extent of 1.25 acres at Kilambakkam Village, Chengalpattu Taluk, Kancheepuram District. 2.When the matter is listed today the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is not pressing this writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the above submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as not pressed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
