The present petitioners have filed this petition for extending the time to execute sureties in compliance with the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.13421 of 2023 dated 23.06.2023.

In view of the averments adduced in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this miscellaneous petition is ordered and thereby, the time is extended for a period of four weeks from the date on which the order copy made ready, to comply with the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.13421 of 2023 dated 23.06.2023.
