ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to act upon the representation made by the petitioner on 20.03.2025 wherein the petitioner is seeking for a report to be sent by the District Collector before the concerned District Court in order to enable the petitioner to effectively proceed further with the guardianship petition to be filed before the District Court.

2. Heard Mr.S.Venkatesh, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.G.Velu, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 and 2.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the relief sought for in the present writ petition, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner and submit a report before the District Collector. As and when the petitioner approaches the competent Court seeking for guardianship of the minor children, the report of the District Collector shall be sent to the concerned Court in order to enable the concerned Court to proceed further in accordance with law.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
