ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.06.2021 for issuance of patta in respect of the property situated at 85, Perumal Koil Street, Mel Ayanambakkam, Ambattur zone, Thiruvallur District and Village Natham Survey No.440, Sub-division No.751/8 within the time prescribed by this Court.

2. Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.06.2021, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the counter parties, if any and after giving opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
