(Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.,) This writ petition has been filed for issuance of writ of mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to take appropriate action by numbering the complaint dated 01.07.2021 in T.No.10259D.No.10180/CR/2021 on the file of the 1st respondent and not to harass the petitioner and her father by the 4th respondent. 2.Mr.K.V.Sajeev Kumar, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the 1st respondent on instructions would state that the complaint of the petitioner has already been taken on file and numbered as 13351/22/13/2021.

3.In view of the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, we are of the considered opinion, that the prayer sought in this writ petition has become infructuous. 4.Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
