The Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the First Respondent to pass orders on the appeal dated 15.04.2019 preferred by the Petitioner before the Respondent against the order dated 13.04.2019 passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Gobichettipalayam Taluk, Erode District.

Since the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner is not in a position to indicate the provision of law under which appeal is preferred to the First Respondent against the order dated 13.04.2019 passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Gobichettipalayam Taluk, Erode District, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to the Petitioner to work out his remedy to impeach the order dated 13.04.2019 passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Gobichettipalayam Taluk, Erode District, before the competent forum in the manner recognized by law and he has made an endorsement to that effect, which is recorded. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting such liberty. No costs.
