PETITIONS under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying for the issuance a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the first respondent from demanding the payment or taking proceedings for recovery of the demand pursuant to the order of assessment in P.A.No./G.I.No.AAAFV0610R/ 4301/V respectively dated 22.8.2007, 30.8.2007 and 30.8.2007 relating to the assessment years 200506, 2000-01 and 2002-03 pending disposal of the appeals filed before the second respondent.
