PRAYER :- Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, pleased to pass an order of direction directing the Principal District Munsif Court, Ariyalur to dispose of the Civil Suit in O.S.No.93 of 2021 expeditiously as possible within a time to be fixed by this Court.

ORDER

This Court by order dated 09.08.2024 had sought a response from the learned Principal District Munsif, Ariyalur, as to the time frame within which the suit O.S.No.93 of 2021 to be disposed of. 2.It is seen that the learned Principal District Munsif (FAC), Ariyalur, by letter dated 20.08.2024 has requested three months time for disposing of O.S.No.93 of 2021. To verify as to the status of the case as on date, this Court had passed over the matter in the morning requesting the Registry to enquire with the concerned Court as to the case status. However a perusal of the case status which has been forwarded to this Court pursuant to the direction of this Court in the morning would reveal that, the matter has been adjourned from 14.10.2024 under the caption "Issues". The matter has been adjourned on seven occasions only for this purpose. If the parties have not filed the draft issues, the Court could have proceeded to frame the issues.

3.Be that as it may. Direction is now issued to the learned Principal District Munsif (FAC), Ariyalur, to dispose of the suit 2/5

O.S.No.93 of 2021 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4.Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
