ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest for the alleged offence under sections 341, 294(b), 323, 324, 506(ii) & 379 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, in Crime No.194 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory PETITION FOR BAIL 439 Cr.P.C.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner is not arrayed as accused and no criminal case is registered against the petitioner.

3. Recording the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that the petitioner is not arrayed as accused and no criminal case is registered against the petitioner. Hence, there is no apprehension of arrest at the hands of the respondent police and question of granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner doesn't arise. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed and liberty is granted to the petitioner to workout his remedy in accordance with law.
