The contempt petition was filed on the ground that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.5697 of 2023 dated 15.03.2023, was not complied with. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader filed the proceedings of the 3rd respondent dated 04.06.2024. The same is taken on file. Accordingly, the compliance is recorded.
