The prayer made in this writ petition is to issue a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.05.2018 with respect to removal of tank embedded in the property bearing plot No.F-87, SIPCOT Industrial Complex, by-pass Road, Pappankuppam Village, Gummidipoondi. 2.Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned appearing for the respondents jointly submitted that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, the representation of the petitioner was disposed of by order dated 03.12.2019 and the same was also communicated to the petitioner and hence, nothing survives for adjudication herein. 3.Recording the submission so made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents, this writ petition stands closed, leaving it open to the parties to approach the authority concerned for appropriate relief, if so advised.
