O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 26.08.2013.

2. Heard Mr.C.Veeraraghavan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.V.Anandamurthy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents 1 to 3 and Private notice sent to the fourth respondent has been returned as unclaimed.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, it would suffice, if a direction is given to the first https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 26.08.2013.

4. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the representation of the petitioner would be considered in accordance with law.

5. In the light of the above submissions, this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 26.08.2013, on merits and in accordance with law, after providing an opportunity of hearing to all necessary parties.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
