This Petition has been filed to file final report in connection with the case in Crime No.4099 of 2020 pending on the file of the respondent police within time limit.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that though F.I.R. has been registered in Crime No.4099 of 2020 on the complaint given by the petitioner, no action has been taken by the respondent till date and hence the petitioner has filed this petition seeking for the aforesaid relief.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that in this case investigation has been completed on 08.09.2021 and since the Arms Act is involved, sanction order from the Collector has to be obtained and the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

same is awaited. He further submitted that once the sanction order is obtained, final report will be filed within a period of two months.

4. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
