ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents herein to survey and sub divide and issue individual patta in petitioner's favour in respect of property comprised in Nos.31/3A2A, 31/3A3C, 31/11A, 31/3A4 and 31/10A situated at Melnariyappanur, Chinna Salem, Kallakurichi District on the basis of his application dated 25.07.2021 vide application No.2021/9005/33/ 141520/0725 given on the grievance https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

day within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner submitted application on 25.07.2021 to survey his property comprised in survey Nos.31/3A2A, 31/3A3C, 31/11A, 31/3A4 and 31/10A situated at Melnariyappanur, Chinna Salem, Kallakurichi District and fix boundary stones. He also paid requisite fees before the official concerned.

3. Considering the above, the respondents are directed to survey the petitioner's property comprised in Nos.31/3A2A, 31/3A3C, 31/11A, 31/3A4 and 31/10A situated at Melnariyappanur, Chinna Salem, Kallakurichi District after issuance of notice to the adjacent land owners and counter parties, if any, and fix boundary stones within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, on payment of requisite fees.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
