2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw this Petition and he has made an endorsement as follows:

"This Contempt Petition may be closed as the Respondent filed his affidavit in OSA.No.134 of 2023 to give custody of the child to the Petitioner herein. Hence the Contempt Petition may be dismissed as withdrawn."
