O R D E R

Challenging the impugned Assessment Order dated 26.07.2019 passed by the 3rd Respondent and for a consequential direction to the Respondents to restore electricity service in Service Connection No.329-002-673 in S.F.No.1102/1 in Sethumadai Village, Pollachi Taluk, Coimbatore District, the Petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that, during the pendency of the Writ Petition, final assessment order was passed and hence, nothing survives for consideration in this Writ Petition.

3. Recording the submissions of the learned counsel for the Petitioner, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected W.M.P.Nos.22730 and 22731 of 2019 are closed.
