J U D G M E N T

(Judgment of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM.J.,) The writ appeal has been instituted challenging the writ Court order dated 16.07.2021 in W.P.No.4713 of 2021.

2. We have considered the issues raised in this writ appeal in W.A.No.1655 of 2021 filed by the very same appellants.

3. There are two sets of properties involved. However, this Court has taken a decision and allowed the District Revenue Officer, Chengalpattu District to conduct an elaborate enquiry in an Page Nos.2/4

independent manner and uninfluenced by the observations made by the writ Court in the order impugned, in the light of the order passed in W.A.No.1655 of 2021.
