1. The main writ petition has been filed to quash the G.O.(IT)No.467 and also to settle the entire retirement benefits to the writ petitioner.

2.Now it is brought to the notice of the Court that the Government Pleader has filed counter affidavit and the pleadings are completed.

3. Perused the affidavit filed in support of the fix an early date petition. Both the counsel are ready to argue the main matter.

4. Post the main writ petition for final disposal on 18.01.2017.
