This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 165 days in re-presenting C.M.P.SR.No.24092/2021 in S.A.No.866/2019.

2. Heard, the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this miscellaneous petition is allowed on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) to the Tamilnadu State Legal Services Authority, High Court Campus, Chennai on or before 13.03.2023, failing which this petition shall stand automatically dismissed. On payment of Rs.1,000/-, Registry is directed to number the second appeal, if it is otherwise in order. 27.02.2023 kv Note:Issue order copy on 01.03.2023.
