This petition is filed to condone the delay of 120 days in paying the deficit court fee.

Heard Mr.V.Ragupathy, learned counsel for the petitioners.

The delay is only 120 days. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 120 days in paying the deficit court fee is condoned.

Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
