This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 247 days in filing the writ appeal.

2. The learned counsel for the first respondent has no objection to condone the delay.

3. Considering the submissions and the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Court is of the view that the delay may be condoned on payment of costs.

4. Accordingly, the delay is condoned on payment of costs of Rs.1000/- (Rupees thousand only) by the petitioners to the Tamilnadu State Legal Services Authority, Chennai, on or before 08.09.2025.

5. On payment of costs, the Registry is directed to number the appeal if it is otherwise in order and if it is numbered post it "for admission" on 09.09.2025. If the costs is not paid on or before 08.09.2025, this C.M.P. stands dismissed without any reference to this Court.
