(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) This writ petition is filed with a prayer raising an issue with regard to prohibition against taking out religious procession of Arulmigu Sri Vedha Mariamman Temple at Veppanthattai Village,

2. The averments made in the petition do not disclose any triable cause of action. There is no order or any other notice etc., issued by any authority prohibiting the same. Further, we find that there is no

material on record to show that the Temple Management had raised any grievance in this regard before any authority.
