ORDER

Today when these matters were taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that pursuant to the common order passed by this Court, the Chief Educational Officer, Mayiladuthurai/2nd respondent herein has complied with the orders of this Court and passed separate orders in Na.Ka.No.3557and 3603 to 3610 of 2022/A2/2022, dated 15.11.2022, rejecting the claim made by the petitioner .

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has made an attempt to invite the attention of this Court stating that the said order of the 2nd respondent is contrary to the orders passed by this Court.

This Court in para 11 of the above common order clearly issued directions to the respondents to consider and pass orders on the approval of appointment of the petitioners and the proposals if any, received for such appointment, only if they satisfies the norms prescribed for such appointments as per Rules and made prior to the issuance of G.O.Ms.No. 165, dated 17.09.2019. Therefore, it is for the petitioners to seek remedy before the appropriate forum, if so advised.

4. In view of the orders passed by the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.3557and 3603 to 3610 of 2022/A2/2022, dated 15.11.2022, these contempt petitions are closed.
