JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the court was made by S.VAIDYANATHAN, J.) There is neither interim order nor final order passed by the learned Single Judge except an observation made by the learned Single Judge, as could be seen from paragraphs 2 and 3 of the order, to the effect that R.C.A.No.364 of 2007 is pending on the file of the Court of Small Causes, Chennai for nearly ten years and a direction to the Registry to call for a report from the said court as to the reasons for such pendency.

2. Since there is no order to be challenged by way of writ appeal, we find no merit in the writ appeal and accordingly, it is dismissed. The petitioners sought for expeditious disposal of the writ petition. They can seek for the same before the learned Single Judge in the pending proceedings and it is for the learned Single Judge to consider the same. No costs.
