Mr. N.Subramaniyan, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner informed the Court that the petitioner has submitted a letter to the Registry to withdraw the aforesaid writ petition and the learned counsel has made an endorsement to that effect. 2.In view of the letter submitted to the Registry by the petitioner and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to that effect, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
