This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 100 days in filing the civil miscellaneous appeal.

Mr.A.Mary of Magthelen, learned counsel appearing on behalf of first respondent stated that she has no objection to this petition being allowed.

Though notice has been served on the second respondent and his name being printed in the cause list, there is no representation on his behalf.

The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, this civil miscellaneous petition is ordered and consequently, the delay of 100 days in filing the appeal is condoned.
