The petitioner has filed the present petition to transfer the investigation of the case in Cr.No.268 of 2009 on the file of the respondent to CBCID or to any other investigating agency. 2.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that already final report has been filed and further action has been dropped. He further submitted that it is open to the petitioner to approach the Magistrate concerned by way of protest petition, if he is not satisfied with the report. 3.
