The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the petition has been filed to condone the delay of 106 days in representing the Appeal in C.M.A.S.R.No.15324 of 2025.

2. Since the petition is to condone the delay in representing the Appeal, the delay is condoned. Accordingly, C.M.P.No.14713 of 2025 is allowed.

3. Registry is directed to number the Appeal if it is otherwise in order.
