Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records connected with the impugned orders passed by the 3rd respondent in Ltr.No.244/Ni. Pi. 3/Vu. 4/Ko. Va. Vae. Va.Ni/ 2010 dated 26.08.2010 and quash the same and direct the respondents to provide suitable employment to the petitioner's daughter S.Sunitha on compassionate ground.

O R D E R

The relief sought for in this writ petition is to call for records pursuant to the order passed by the 3rd respondent in proceedings dated 26.08.2010 and quash the same and direct the respondents to provide suitable employment to the petitioner's daughter S.Sunitha on compassionate grounds.

2.The very same writ petitioner Smt.S.Vasantha subsequently

filed W.P.No.4252 of 2014 with the prayer to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 24.09.2013 to provide appointment on compassionate grounds to the son of the deceased employee. However, the writ petition was filed at the first instance to quash the order of rejection dated 26.08.2010 and to provide appointment on compassionate grounds to the daughter of the deceased employee Selvi.S.Sunitha on compassionate grounds. The very claim made by the very same writ petitioner by filing two writ petitions are certainly untenable. The 1st writ petition(W.P.No.16079 of 2012) was filed, challenging the order of rejection dated 26.08.2010 and to quash the same and to provide appointment to the daughter of the deceased employee. The 2nd writ petition (W.P.No.4252 of 2014) was filed with an idea to secure employment on compassionate grounds to the son. Thus, the very writ petition filed to secure appointments firstly to the daughter and secondly to the son is not maintainable.

3.In view of the dismissal of the earlier writ petition in W.P.No.4252 of 2014, in respect of providing compassionate appointment to the legal heirs of the deceased employee, no further orders are required in the present writ petition and accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
