herein and the Trial Court to complete the Trial in C.C.Nos.79 of 2013, 67 of 2013, 68 of 2013, 83 of 2013, 13 of 2010, 84 of 2013, 15 of 2010, 18 of 2010 & 16 of 2010, 7 of 2009, 81 of 2013, 14 of 2010 and 147 of 2009 pending on the file of the learned Chief Magistrate, Puducherry.

2.By consent of both sides, these Criminal Original Petitions are taken up for final disposal.

3.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the limited prayer sought for is to expedite the trial in C.C.Nos.79 of 2013, 67 of 2013, 68 of 2013, 83 of 2013, 13 of 2010, 84 of 2013, 15 of 2010, 18 of 2010 & 16 of 2010, 7 of 2009, 81 of 2013, 14 of 2010 and 147 of 2009 pending on the file of the learned Chief Magistrate, Puducherry.

4.In view of the limited prayer sought for and taking into consideration that the cases are pending from the year 2013, 2010 and 2009 respectively, there shall be a direction to the learned Chief Magistrate, Puducherry, to complete the trial in C.C.Nos..79 of 2013, 67 of 2013, 68 of 2013, 83 of 2013, 13 of 2010, 84 of 2013,

15 of 2010, 18 of 2010 & 16 of 2010, 7 of 2009, 81 of 2013, 14 of 2010 and 147 of 2009, pending on his file as expeditiously as possible.
