O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J.) The petitioner is the husband of the detenue Annalakshmi. He would state that he married the detenue before 10 years back and out of the said wedlock, there was no issue. The petitioner would further state that his wife had gone to his parental home in connection with some function and thereafter, she did not https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

return back to the matrimonial home. In this regard, he has lodged a complaint before the 3rd respondent herein on 15.03.2016. The petitioner alleged that the detenue is in the illegal custody of the 4th respondent. Hence, he came forward to file the present petition.

Today, the 3rd respondent has produced the detenue. 3.

On enquiry, she would state that she is willing to join the company of her husband.

The petitioner is also present. He is willing to take back her.

In the light of the above, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
