2. We have perused the status report. Paragraphs 4 to 6 of the status report read as under:

4. It is submitted that the survey numbers involved in this writ petition are recorded as follows in the Updating Registry Scheme accounts of the above village. S.No.

5. It is submitted that a survey was conducted on 05.01.2023 and the present state on ground details of the above lands are furnished below:

Kulam (Pond) 1.66.5 Pathway to kulam in layout 40 sq metre Vaikkal (Channel) 0.18.5 Encroachment in pathway of about 0.10.0 Hectare was surveyed and evicted on 13.01.2023 and there is no encroachment in the remaining 0.08.5 Hectare of land.

Vaikkal (Channel) 0.16.5 Outer Ring Road of about 0.08.0 Hectare and there is no encroachment in the remaining 0.08.5 Hectare of land Eri (Tank) 15.29.5 Outer Ring Road of about 0.40.0 Hectare and there is no encroachment in the remaining extent of land.

6. It is submitted that in S.No.147 encroachment of an extent of 0.10.0 Hectares has been removed on 13.01.2023 and in the remaining 0.08.5 hectares of land, there is no encroachment."
